*ACH and Stripe Payment Gateway fees apply and are the responsibility of the client which include:

  • Credit Cards: 3.2% + $0.30 or 3.1% + $0.30 depending on volume
  • ACH: $5 or 1% (whichever is lower)
  • Additional Payment Processing Fees:
    • Payments for invoices generated by a recurring subscription: +0.5% (Pro), Included (Elite)
    • International credit cards: +1%
    • Currency conversion required: +1%

Terms and Conditions

Commitment Period
By signing up for the uSPACES service, you agree to a commitment period of 12 months. This commitment is binding and non-cancelable within the first 12 months of service.

Cancellation Policy
After the initial 12-month commitment period, you may cancel your subscription by providing a 30-day written notice. Written notice can be submitted via email to info@durrickdesigns.com or through your messaging app in the portal.
